“Acceptable” but works Better than new!
I bought this at the lowest price at could find and overlooked the excellent and good condition to save money on the “acceptable” condition and I’m SO glad that I did because it is in fact in EXCELLENT condition as far as the physical phone itself and hardware having not a single scratch or a single sign of wear and tear and I have used it for weeks now and the software is also perfectly fine with no lagging, no charging issues, no power issue with it shutting off. It probably works better than some brand new phones I have had! It also was indeed unlocked as advertised and super easy for my to setup myself and add to my current carrier. I only had to call them for help with one step in the activation process which was a breeze and probably something I could have done on my own. The phone is durable and the screen was well protected during shipping and it arrived on time. Very very glad that I took a chance and saved plenty on this used device that works BETTER than new!

Great phone
I purchased this phone on a wimp I have always had an android. So far it has worked great and the battery last up to 4 days so far. The phone had no scratches and the picture quality is awesome. I purchased a separate screen protector for it.

The iPhone arrived in perfect condition, not a single flaw. My daughter was able to get it set up and all her stuff transferred over from her other iPhone no problem. She’s been using it since Christmas and hasn’t had any issues. It’s a great phone if you want a more reasonably priced model.

So far iPhone 16e works as expected and arrived in working condition. The charging cable that was sent is faulty and does not work. I’ve tried it on multiple outlets and charging blocks. Not a reflection on the phone itself but is a bit frustrating.

It had about 15 “charge cycles” on the battery when I received it and 100% battery health. Zero evidence of previous usage/tampering. Huge price discount, well worth the purchase. Genuinely perfect condition for a renewed iPhone.
Although this phone was listed as renewed, it appeared to be brand new when I removed it from the box. Not a single scratch or scuff. Then I looked at the battery settings, and it’s like the phone has literally never been used. 0 cycle count!! I purchased the unlocked version and had no compatibility issues with my carrier (T-Mobile); my eSIM was activated almost immediately. The phone works perfectly. However, initially I was getting the error message “Cannot restore from backup” when transferring my data from my old phone to this phone. I researched this and found that I just had to set the phone up as a new phone without transferring any data, upgrade the iOS, then wipe it again and restart the setup process to enable Quick Transfer from my old iPhone. Not a big deal at all, just a bit time consuming.I traded in my old iPhone 13 for this phone, so overall I paid less than half of what my carrier/Apple would’ve charged me. I’m thoroughly impressed. I also love the white color. Fantastic purchase.
