Great intermediate level bbq for workshop
Great bbq! Easy to assemble and use. Looks great at our shop, rolls away when not needed. Does the trick for all the basics for a nice luncheon

Exactly What I Wanted! Stylish & Functional
I absolutely love this Kenmore grill in white—it’s exactly what I was looking for! It fits beautifully into my backyard oasis and adds such a clean, modern touch. I’ve only used it once so far, but it worked great and heated evenly. One of the things I appreciated most is how easy it was to take apart and clean afterward—a huge bonus for someone like me who’s a bit OCD about keeping things spotless. The sides also fold down, which makes it super convenient and compact for storage when not in use.So far, I’m thrilled with this purchase and can’t wait to use it all summer long!

Coming from a Weber
I spent years buying value brand gas grills from the big box hardware stores. I’d need to replace these grill anualy or after 2 years at most. So really, they wern’t a bargain. Then one year I invested in a Weber and it lasted over 11 years. I don’t know if there’s another grill that can match the Weber for durability, However I think the prices for Weber are over inflated these day ( I know, What isn’t). So looking for something with better quality than the value brands, I came accross this Kenmore grill and I have to say I’m not missing my Weber. While I’m sure it won’t last as long as my old Weber, It feels well build and the materials durable. No cabinet underneath, but I never wanted one. What would I leave in it? utensils or seasonings with the bugs outside 🙁 no I don’t need a cabinet, the space in the back of this Kenmore is perfect for the tank and that’s all I need. The hooks on the side are a nice convience to hang cooking tools. I love that the sides fold down taking less space on my deck when not in use, and I have to say this thing performs. It gets hot, very hot quickly. Great for Charing and it will reduce easily with a few turns of the knobs. Performs better than my old Weber! Longevity is wait and see, but if this Kenmore Grill performs the way it is now, for 3 or 4 years, I’ll be very happy!

Lots of Cons
A nice looking propane grill with good feature list, BUT …Defects:- The lid came bent and installed crocked so that it interfered with the opening and closing of the one side tray.- The thermometer either shows no temperature or is way off the chart (nothing in between, see control knob note below).Other Negatives:- Overall construction is not very sturdy and grill base wobbles.- One of the 4 wheels is stationary, so while there are 3 caster wheels the BBQ does not turn in all directions.- Temperature gage knobs are not easy to use for adjusting flame/heat (the grill gets very hot and is hard to set on medium or low).- Any drippings cause a lot of big flare ups that burn food too easily.- The iron grates are wide spaced so that smaller items such as hot dogs will fall through.- The rear warming grate is stationary and does not swing out of the way.- Heat comes out of the side holes for rotisserie and heats up items on side trays to the point that it can lead to burns (e.g. metal meat tongues). One Pro: The electric igniter works great for lighting 1, 2 or all burners every time. After back and forth with Kenmore’s customer service, I ended up working out a return through Amazon.

Assembly is a major pain
The grill works well and looks good. This is the second one I bought as the first one was just about done after ten or so years outdoors. From that you can tell that I like the model and there have been some improvements since I got the first one: the burners seem to have been improved and the grease tray has been dramatically improved. The whole thing is now removable so it can be taken out and washed which should help longevity as well as reducing fire risk. That’s the good, what about the bad? build quality and assembly. If possible, you should build this on a bench to bring everything up to a level more suited for the work – this advice is not in the instructions and it should be. There are a number of design elements that are annoying, such as the fact that the fixed caster screws can’t easily be reached with a screwdriver once located in position. Also, the fixing screws for the drip tray and rear structural support interfere with the two fixing screws that secure the rear of the grill to the base. It proved impossible to finish the construction without dismantling those elements so ignore the order of assembly in the instructions, fix the rear support using only the rearmost side screw until later and likewise leave the grease tray supports til after the grill is secured. One of the control knobs was binding on the plastic surround so I was forced to pull it off and recenter the mechanism to get it to work – a minor job but indicative of poor quality control in the factory. As for the ugly, well there were two significant areas of damage which certainly happened before this unit left the factory as the packaging was undamaged and very well designed. I was able to beat out the damage but unless you have some experience at this sort of thing you will have trouble getting an acceptable result. After those problems I can’t give an unreserved endorsement.

Best grill ever!
This is the perfect size grill for a family of five! It was easy to assemble; the packaging was superb – nothing was dented, scratched, missing (even though the UPS guy kind of dropped it). And how about how good it looks?! The pedestal style base and fold-down side shelves make it so compact to cover and store. It’s so easy to replace the propane tank in the back because of the good-sized, sturdy wheels.I think the price was very fair and comparable to other 3-burner grills, and we’ve always trusted the Kenmore name. I’d recommend this to anyone.
