Modern Update
We purchased these lights to update our old ones. We really like the clean look of them. The glass on the sides is a bit wobbly, and I’m hoping a strong wind doesn’t blow it out. We used LED daylight bulbs since we wanted to brighten up our entrances. For the money, I think they’re a pretty good value. but we just had them installed today. I hope the finish doesn’t fade as it looks so good with the brick on our house right now.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very nice outdoor sconces. I ordered some Candelabra base flickering bulbs on Amazon that look so realistic that this really appears like a true natural gas sconce.

Beautiful modern lights! Updated our home with four of these and love them ! Modern glass look, easy to install (electrician took approx 20-30 mins per light), no complaints ! Requires 3 light bulbs that r not included and he mentioned the screws r a little short if ur wall is made of stone so a bit uneven but he could still install easily! Highly recommend

The lights look amazing! They are the perfect modern/farmhouse light. Fairly easy to install, took about 30 minutes for both. They are real glass not plastic so be careful, 1 did arrive with a little chip at the bottom but you can’t tell from the outer side. The y don’t come with bulbs.

You can use your choice of lightbulbs with a standard E26 base, you can use incandescent, CFL or LED bulbs up to a maximum of 100 Watts. Please note that the lightbulbs are not included. They are easy to install if you are comfortable working with electricity. If you are not, then I highly recommend that you hire yourself a qualified electrician for the safe installation of the wall sconces. I recommend these for anyone who is looking for a modern yet classic look to their outdoor lighting options.

This product was delivered in great time after ordering it, was packaged very well to ensure no damage during shipment, and arrived in good working condition.These sconce lights are ETL certified, have a good weight to them, are sturdy, provide an excellent amount of light with their large clear glass shades, look very attractive, and have provided my home with a more modern style. They were very easy to install with the standard electrical light box configuration. I had one installed in less than 30 minutes, including the time to remove the one it replaced. The wires were the perfect length and I only needed to remove a very small amount of shielding to get the wires firmly attached to my current home electrical wires. I did have to use my own larger can-twist connectors for my installation type to connect it to 2 hot and 2 neutral wires, but the lights do have some included in the package. The back mounting plate was a bit longer than my current light fixture box closure, so I will still need to do some caulking on the back side for the top and bottom, but the width was perfect. (I will also be getting new bulbs for these.)I really like how these look and function very well. I am quite pleased with the quality and style.

These wall sconces from brand DIYEL offer a very classic, industrial style appearance and I am very happy with how well made they are.The two lamps came with extra long install wires and the instructions were easy to follow. We already had the spaces outside our door way from previous fixtures, so it was a simple matter of powering off, inserting the new sconce set and turning back on.Unfortunately you need to get two correct bulbs for these lamps as, sadly, bulbs were not included for some reason I can’t understand. So… a star off for that. When you are expected to pay for a set of lights—even under $90 for a set of two at the time of this review—I think you really should expect to receive all the things that are required for said lights to function.However, after getting correct bulbs, the clear outer glass of these lantern style sconce lights let the bulbs inside glow with radiance. Placed across from each other at my front entrance provides the doorway with a very contemporary feel that I am very pleased with. They have a class to them that really adds something special to my home decor. No bulbs aside, these are absolutely nice looking evening lights. 4 stars.
