Excellent condition phone
I bought the phone in excellent condition and the battery came in 87% maximum capacity. Would have been nice if it was 90 or above but other than that the case was flawless and had no signs of use. So far 3 days in and everything working great.

Excellent condition iPhone worth the gamble!
I was browsing online and noticed the iPhone 16 pro max valued at over $1200 dollars so before I made an impulsive decision I browsed around online and came across this seller. Not a big fan of refurbished items but the item was listed as in “excellent condition” and at under $900 for a 15 pro max for a 1TB it was a steal! I told myself that I’d return if it was a scam since the seller offered a 30 day money back guarantee so it was worth the gamble. Bought 2, one for my husband and one for myself and the price was STILL under the price of ONE iPhone 16 pro max 1TB. Let me tell you, the phone came in BRAND SPANKING NEW. No scratches, and everything in EXCELLENT condition. Battery life was at 100% on both. Thanks again!

Great quality product with fast delivery
Just received my refurbished iPhone 15 pro max today and setting it up was super easy all apps and data transferred seamlessly. Not a scratch or dent on it and the battery capacity is still at 100% which completely surprised me. I’ve seen other reviews saying that the battery life was just above 80% so I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of the phone. I will update more if I run into any issues going forward but for now it’s definitely a 5/5 stars and I highly recommend purchasing a refurbished iPhone from this Amazon store

Damaged Item and Inconvenient Return Process
The iPhone 15 I received was defective right out of the box, with visible damage that clearly does not meet the standards expected for a new device. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and reputation of this product.A premium refurbished phone should arrive in perfect condition and function properly, but that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Great purchase!!!
I got this item on Dec 11, 2025 so I’ve had it for a while. The phone is perfect, battery is at 99% it don’t come with a charger. Cameras working fine. The only issues are that the phone gets hot in the back while charging and that the battery goes down pretty fast, if I’ll use it the whole day continuously taking photos/videos/ using social network apps, I have to charge it twice. Now I can see battery downgraded from 99 to 97% in 2 months. Phone is Factory unlocked!!! I live out of the US and it works perfectly here plus I traveled to Miami and it worked amazing so it’s not stolen.

iPhone 15 pro max 1tb
So far this is how the day has gone with the phone. Basic appearance of the phone very very clean not sure if the screens been replaced but there’s not a scratch on the screen or the back. But I will say there are three minor knicks on the top of the phone by the screen but aren’t noticeable whatsoever with a case and screen protector on. Camera is beautiful both ways. Phones charger ports is pretty decent I need a actual Apple type-c charger so it actually clicks better than android type-c built chargers click in, just doesn’t feel as smooth if you know what I mean. Phones screen when powered on is beautiful no spots or anything’s wrong so far. Response time is immaculate compared to my old iPhone 11 Pro Max I’ve had for 5 years. I will say I had an issue with setting up the phone but I feel that was in my part for taking my old phone away from it during transfer. Once I got it set up I noticed the phones battery was getting quite hot but I feel that was due to the transfer of everything I had which was quite a lot, 251GB to be exact. After the transfer and everything was completed i looked thru and it says the phone had 868 total uses of the battery so that’s pretty decent for used phone since 2024. Battery is at 86% total life and hasn’t gone down much at all since it’s original charge when I got it so I say the batteries been replaced or the batteries life is still pretty decent. All in all I say it’s a good purchase for less than 700$ for 1tb and an immaculate camera setup and it’s a pro max so I say your set up for the price! Thanks again for the phone I was in dire need of a new one and this ones gonna do me just nice.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone off Amazon but I was pleasantly surprised. So far so good! I was able to transfer all my apps and photos etc. and it works perfectly. Thank you!!
