AMD Ryzen 5 7000 Series
1. Screen is not great. I’m sure this is why the cost is low. Try activating the night mode red hue to the screen as it helps not hurt your eyes.2. I don’t add a whole lot to the computer as I am making an active effort to preserve memory. I mainly use chrome, GPT, light amount of Steam, and Epic Games. Mainly Fortnite and rocket league and is has great response to BT XBOX controller.3. The sound quality is decent4. The keyboard is great but I’m having difficulty adjusting to it for some reason, keyboard feels nice when it clicks. The mouse pad though is wayyyyyy too far left and I keep “right” clicking. It screws me up quite a bit as a matter of fact this is the second review I’m writing because misinput is so easy I highlighted everything and deleted the last review. This is my biggest complaint of this design.5. Battery power is decent, I do prefer performance over battery and if that’s your settings do not count on more than 45 minutes of heavy use. If you turn on power save mode I would guestimate 1.25 hrs6. Sturdy design, not pretty but not too bad, textured plastic that wont hold stickers if you wanted that.My overall opinion is this is a durable computer, boots fast, seems reliable and I’m able to work on reports, do homework, watch movies, play Fortnite and Rocket League, utilize ChatGPT. The screen is terrible but not too bad once you adjust. Mind you I got this after having an iPad so screen resolution was a big hit.To sum it all up: You get what you pay for. If you want pretty, performance and expensive go buy Alienware, If you want just pretty then go buy an Apple, if you want performance and cheap then buy this laptop.

It’s OK, and I’m picky!
My first Lenovo, was recommended by my IT pro. Loads fast enough, battery down to 50% after 2 .5 hours, that might be an issue for some. Sound is clear, adequate enough to play music or watch a video; screen is crisp. The keys are great, easy to use. I kept hearing a fan, had to adjust the power setting to dampen that a bit. I had a tech guy remove a lot of the Microsoft “bloat.”. If you’re half way savvy with this stuff or can work with someone, you can whip it into shape.

Honest review
Got the laptop pretty quick, without a gpu this laptop is really good. I run after effects with no problem at all, really good storage, good amount of ram, you can game but not very heavily but still could on 60fps, One thing i do dislike is the color on the screen but i got used to it and it’s fine now. Very easy to set up. Good battery life.

Great laptop – poor display
This laptop runs great. I got it for light gaming while being able to do other things simultaneously and it fits the bill perfectly. Also a good size – not too big, not too small, and feels durable. All of that said, my one complaint is the quality of the display. It was so mediocre when I first got it set up that I thought something was wrong and it needed adjusting. After searching the internet a bit, I realized that’s just how it is. Fortunately, I’ve gotten mostly used to it (and my primary monitor is external), but if display quality is something you care about, it might be best to get something else or at least check it out in person.

A very good performing, quality laptop for college
Quality laptop- not blazing fast but very good for college level work and some games. Great price overall and performance is very solid. I am very pleased with this purchase for the low price point.

So far so good!!
The battery life isn’t the best but for the cost I love my laptop!! I got it a few months ago and it’s an easy set up, has good volume, performance is smooth though it has been a little slow when starting up after it died! The size is a bit bigger than I’d like but not an issue for me at all overall!

poor
Not impressed! There is no keyboard light, the battery lasted about 1 1/2 hours before the low battery indicated light came on, and freezes up when watching video. I wouldn’t buy it again. Keeps dropping internet.

Great computer
I ordered this for my son to use for school and a small amount of gaming. He had his last Lenovo for four years and it was getting worn out. He is really impressed by the graphics processing unit and the amount of storage on the SSD (512 GB). With 16 GB of RAM (which is all you really need), you can play all the top games and more, such as Minecraft, Fortnight, etc.). A great buy for the price since it is not considered a gaming laptop. The battery life is great for the price also. Quick booting up and moving from webpage to webpage and loading games. Overall great choice for the price.

excellent laptop – plenty of power for software development in visual studio and works great on the office apps. Also, excellent playback on music and video. – which covers all of my uses – so I am very happy with it.

For anyone wondering if this is a good budget school PC: yes, it is!It handles everything perfectly fine. Browsing the internet is smooth, it’s quick, and so far (after two days of use) I’ve had no issues—let’s hope it stays that way.Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 feels like a huge improvement, and I’m really enjoying it. Performance on Roblox is solid, too. At the lowest graphics settings it runs great, and if you bump the quality up to about halfway you can still get around 50 FPS, depending on the game. The 16GB of RAM really helps, and the AMD Ryzen 5 processor keeps things running fast. Interestingly, the listing said it came with a Ryzen 5 5500U, but when I checked the specs it turned out to be a Ryzen 5 7520U—which I believe is actually better, so no complaints there! That said, if you’re looking for a computer that’s more powerful and can handle heavier tasks or gaming, I’d recommend spending about $300 more to get something that’s roughly three times stronger. But for school, everyday use, and light gaming, this machine is a fantastic budget option.
