I’d give zero and ir negative stars from this third party shipper fir Amazon if I could! I wish I had taken pictures of the garbage they sent me. When I received the TV, the box looked like some used it as the company kicking post to let work place aggression out. When I opened the box, there was minimal Styrofoam inside to keep the TV from sloshing around inside the box and none of the safety wrap that usually comes with a new tv was on it. That should’ve been my first clue, but I had never bought a Vizio and thought they did things differently. Then I plugged it in and at first it came on and there was a wide light grey line right down the middle of the screen. When I looked it up on Google, it stated that the TV back light had gone out and the next day I turned it on again just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things the day before and poof, no picture at all. The sound worked, but just a black screen. I know they say you get what you paid for, but expecting a new TV to work shouldn’t be this difficult especially when advertised as new, not a scam paper weight.

Great picture
This has a great picture the speakers are not very well it doesn’t give you the bass and fullness sound like the older vizio tvs did. I don’t like the vizio program to me it is hard to navigate through I like the way roku is setup so i had to put a roku on it. When you turn it on it is a little slow but not as slow as the older vizio tvs All around it is a great tv.

Won’t stop restarting itself
Thought Vizio would be a good brand but in order to be an effective TV, it needs to stay on until you power it off or set a timer. You can’t even program any settings because it turns on and shuts itself back off. Completely useless.
