Beautiful fountain, GREAT customer service
It has been well over a year since we bought this fountain for our front garden. We usually don’t write many reviews, but in this case it is definitely warranted. The fountain itself is quite nice and looks great in our garden. While it does require filling of water every few days, due to evaporation, it is worth the effort. On a couple of occasions, neighbors have knocked at our door later in the evening to let us know we forgot to fill it and it stopped running. Many stop to see it every evening on their nightly walks and say it gives them a few minutes of relaxation and serenity at the end of each day, so they make sure we always keep it filled and running. We did have a small problem at first with just a couple of very small leaks. However, that was easily fixed with some spray waterproof leak sealant. The main reason we are reviewing it at this time is due to their customer service. Just a couple of months after the warrant expired, several of the LED lights died. We searched Amazon and the ‘Net for replacement lights and coyuld not find any that were actual matches that would fir perfectly into this fountain. And, even though they were somewhat equivalent, the price for just 2 lights ran at least $50 and we needed at least 4. So, out of desperation, we contacted the manufacturer, Sunjet, and were told they do not have the lights available for sale sale separately. However, they said if we bought a new transformer (for a mere $20), they would be able to include a complete set of 6 new LED lights specifically for this fountain. That was a bargain and we took them up on their offer and oredered immediately. Much to our surprise, the new transformer and lights arrived in just a few days. We were then baffled as how exactly to remove and install the new lights. We wrote them again and they went well out of their way to immediately send us detailed instructions, including many instructional photos to assist us. With all that in hand, the actual partial draining of the fountain, removing the old lights and installing the new lights took a mere 20-30 minuts and we now have our beautiful fountain running perfectly as new. Thier customer service was exemplary and, despite being past warranty, they stood behind their product and took care of us. This is definitely a company you can trust to stand behind thier products and find a way to take care of you, even past the warranty period. And, to emphasize again, this is a beautiful fountain. Our tahnks go out to Sunjet for all their assistance.

It was easy to install and instantly turned our yard into a little zen heaven. I love the soothing sound of the cascades and the flow of the water, and the LED lighting makes it even more stunning at night. A helpful tip: add a few drops of algae cleaner weekly to keep sediment away from the lights and make cleaning much easier. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this fountain!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a taller fountain and the rock look to it. For this high price, though, it should have included an auto shutoff pump. I really worry about forgetting to turn it off and burning up the pump. Easy to set up. Remains to be seen, for durability. Be sure to gently pull all cords out as far as they will go. When there was slack left inside the water reservoir, it had water dripping down the cords which can empty the tank much more quickly. Once I did that, the leak stopped. That could be a real bummer for use indoors, also. At this time I’m happy with this pretty water fountain, and the beautiful sound of the waterfall.

Unable to exchange
Well the water fountain is beautiful and works wonderfully we had two to three weeks of pouring rain in Ohio and I was unable to even place the fountain outside it’s been out a couple weeks and I seem to have to fill it up every day I’m realizing that somewhere underneath there is either a thin area in the membrane a crack something I can’t find and it’s leaking and I’m unable to use it daily because was trying to return it there is a 30-day window I haven’t even enjoyed 2 weeks let alone 30 days but now I’m unable to return this product for the cost that’s great but because it sits somewhere rotating water a 30-day refund or exchange is unfair

Perfect fountain!
I wanted a fountain for our back patio. I found one I liked at a local garden center, but it was WAY too expensive and made of solid concrete. A quick search online brought me to this one. I loved the size and height of it, loved that it was half the price and not nearly as heavy. I wanted something that wasn’t super heavy that I could maneuver myself, AND that gave me the soothing water sound that I was looking for. I ordered it and it came several days earlier than expected. It was so easy to set up. I absolutely love it. The lights at night are so nice. I even added a couple extra rocks to the tiers to add to the sound and it’s perfect. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this fountain to anyone looking to purchase one.

One of the lights does not work! Seems to have a bad connection at the light and it is to far up inside to reach and check it out. The fountain is beautiful and seems well constructed. Issues with filling with water as it must be filled from the back through the access panel, ver awkward to access. Need to have someone to fix the light
