Tips 1 for Quick Connection

1.Only support 2.4Ghz WiFi while connecting with APP.

2.Support Android5.0 or iOS 13.0 or above.

3.Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds ,confirm that the indicator is blinking before connecting.

Tips 2 for Quick Connection

1.Once connected,you can control the outlet anywhere, but keep the smart plug stay on 2.4Ghz WiFi .

2.If can’t be connected , re-press the on/off button for 5s to reset the smart plug and change the Easy mode to AP mode which is more compatible.

How Do I Connect My Dual-band Router to GHome Smart Plugs?

Plan A: Please turn off 5GHz networking before first connecting.

Plan B: Set 2 different SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, then connect these plugs to the 2.4GHz WiFi network only.

    Best for: Anyone who wants simple voice control for lamps or appliances at a good priceNot ideal for: Outlets with very tight spaces, since these plugs stick out!I’ve used these Gosund smart plugs for years and they’ve been great. I recently gifted 8 more to my parents and had them set up in just a few minutes.Setup is fast and easy. You’ll download the Gosund app, create an account, and after granting necessary permissions, the plug auto-discovers itself. There’s also a manual setup option if needed. From there, I went into our Alexa app, selected “set up a new smart plug,” chose Gosund, and it auto-detected them. Within minutes, all our lamps were voice-controllable.These plugs do stick out a bit, so make sure you have enough space around your outlets.     We use this in our nursery and bedroom, and it’s honestly one of those small upgrades that makes daily life so much easier.When our baby falls asleep, we monitor through the camera and simply turn the lights off using Alexa—no need to walk back into the room and risk waking her up. We also use it for bedside lamps, and it’s incredibly convenient.We already use Alexa for our robot vacuum and TV, so adding lighting control through voice and the app felt like the missing piece of our smart home setup.     GREAT PRODUCT from GREAT COMPANY!!
    This is just a GREAT product and a GREAT company. The smart mini plugs work well with Alexa.They have worked flawlessly except for one mini plug. I had I think a power surge and then ONE of the mini plugs quite working. I contacted Ghome customer support and they sent me a package of FOUR.That was unexpected and I think it says alot about the company.Overall, a GREAT COMPANY that sells a GREAT PRODUCT!!

    These are so easy to use. Just download the app, plug in the devices, add them to your home network, and they work. I bought 4 of these 5 years ago for church and they’ve never had a single issue. Great product.

    Great for my automatic lighting needs. It was easy enough to set up and easily compatible with Google home. It’s also nice to know my lights still can be on a schedule or turned on or off remotely when out of town. Great for Christmas lights as well.
