Love the size of this phone. I don’t have to do finger gymnastics to reach the whole screen. Apple should make another iteration of this phone in the future. The battery life is poor but I already knew when buying this as long as you are not a power user or doomscrolling you should be set.

Good price, weird problems
This was probably the first time I ever had an issue with a phone I purchased on amazon. The phone was fine the first few months after receiving it. After about three months a small black spot appeared on the right corner of my screen, Initially I thought it was just a dead pixel but then it started to get bigger. I read online it’s an issue with the glue that holds the screen and I will eventually have to get it replaced. Then the facial recognition stopped working out of nowhere, and now the phone is just blinking the apple logo and won’t turn on. For the price of the phone, I thought it was a good deal, but overall it’s lasted me less than six months. I haven’t dropped this phone once, or damaged it in any way. Every issue I’ve had so far just appeared out of nowhere. Really strange to me, but I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I was skeptical but..
I have never owned an iPhone, and didn’t know if I would like it too much. I looked into refurbished models because I didn’t want to pay a hefty price for something I wasn’t sure I was going keep, but I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the phone for the price. It came with all needed essentials, completely unlocked. There are no visible damages or scratches to the surface, and the interface works immaculately. This company did an amazing job and even exceeded my expectations ! If you’re skeptical like I was, let this be your reassurance. I don’t even write reviews, but I had to for this one.UPDATE 11/1/24Phone is still in great condition. Only glitched once but I believe it was because of an update, was able to fix it by powering off and on again. If you’re into iPhones definitely don’t skip out on this seller. Did an amazing job.

Check the sensitivity of screen with case
Product does work but when we received it, it had scratches all along side of the top sides and near the back of the camera, the metal part. Condition was stated that it was excellent and I’m not sure how they evaluate the condition of the phones. I didn’t even check the battery percentage. This phone is for my son. I ordered the same exact phone from the same seller, but in a different color, and realized a few days after I received it, when I tried putting the case protector on it, that the phone will not register my touch. I ordered a different case, this time the same one my son has on his iPhone mini 12 thinking the first case was the issue. Received the case and iPhone mini 12 still didn’t register my touch. At that point, I immediately started a return and am waiting for the new phone from the same seller, but since I haven’t had a protector on the phone, somehow chipped the side of the screen. Just had it in my purse and went to take the phone out and noticed the chip. I had tried two different cases that were specifically made for iPhone mini 12 and one of them was the same case my son has, and still didn’t register my touch although I also tried to change the sensitivity in the settings. At this point I think it’s the iPhone that is defective. Waiting for this new iPhone mini 12 from the same seller and going to return the defective one as soon as I’m able to transfer everything over. Hoping the seller will still refund me for the original phone although there is a chip in it. Will come back and edit my review once I know what happens.Received the new iPhone mini 12 in mint green again, and this one works, and screen registers my touch with the protective case on it. It must have been the phone that was bad. Hoping they’ll refund me for the other iPhone mini 12 I purchased.

Llego a tiempo. Mas o menos empacado. Me extraña que ni una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor viniera dentro. Envuelto en una bolsa de plástico y sin protector para la pantalla y dentro de una cajita. Con su cargador y cable genéricos de buena calidad. La pila la tiene al 89% lo cual es bueno. No tiene ni un rasguño estéticamente hablando. El tamaño es cómodo para escribir y para hablar. Se actualiza al iOS 18.3 que trae muchas novedades. (Brinque del 7 al 12). Lo único que note es la bocina en cuanto pones música suena un poco bajo y si subes el volumen se distorsiona ligeramente. No gran problema. La cámara funciona perfecto. El video me encantó porque está muy vivido, si estaba acostumbrada al iPhone 7, que aunque tiene muy buena cámara, los videos definitivamente son perfectos ahora! Pase los datos del 7 muy sencillo, tarda un poquito pero tengo todo en el 12. El costo fue bueno, aproveché un buen descuento y estoy contenta con la compra por Amazon. Vamos a ver cómo se comporta de aquí en adelante.— Ya un año de uso y sigue perfecto. Se sigue actualizando y de pila bien. Muy buena compra!

Compré con BuySpry, en condición “Aceptable”, el celular traía 3 ralloncitos en la pantalla que solo se ven contra luz, las orillas venían bastante despintadas, al igual que la parte trasera venía muy maltratada, se ve que traía un protector con MagSafe antes porque se quedó marcado el cristal de la parte trasera, marca que la pantalla y cámaras fueron remplazadas por piezas de originales de Apple, sinceramente lo e estado usando y funciona perfectamente, me gustó mucho, la condición de la batería llegó al 100%, el único detalle es la cuestión de la estética, por el precio estuvo muy bien, en general fue una buena compra
