Read if you play sims or are hesitant on the backlit keyboard
If you handed the average user this laptop no one would know it did not have a regular computer chip. I have used this computer exactly as I have been using my windows before it, including sims 4 and excel and have had 0 issues, in fact this Mac outperforms it. The hardware feels premium and expensive. I personally enjoy the mechanical click mouse. My only hesitation was the lack of a backlit keyboard. It has turned out to be a non issue, because 1. i don’t need to see the keyboard to type, 2. the only time im blindly reaching for keys is when watching shows at night and Apple has placed the volume and sound keys very strategically so they are easy to find even without seeing and 3. the light of the screen really does illuminate the keyboard really well so you can see everything anyway.I’ve had this since Tuesday, its Sunday evening now, and I’ve charged it maybe 3 times (but i think its 2), so battery life is great! This includes me playing sims, watching shows for a few hours, and just average use for work and browsing.Bottom line is, of course its slightly less nice than the air or the pro, it costs less! No one complains that the air has less features than a pro! This is a great little machine, and if you are not already on a mac its a great introduction to the apple ecosystem. Your apple devices will blend so seamlessly and this is the real beauty of the macbook.

cute simple laptop
i’m literally in love with this laptop!first of all the blush color is EVERYTHING. it’s so soft and pretty in person and makes the whole laptop feel way more special and aesthetic compared to regular ones.it’s also super lightweight and easy to carry around, which i love because i use it in bed a lot and it doesn’t feel heavy or uncomfortable at all. the battery life has been really good for me, and everything runs smooth and fast.the keyboard feels really nice to type on too, and the whole design just feels clean and simple but still cute.honestly it made me actually enjoy using a laptop again , i use it for relaxing, playing games, and everyday stuff and it’s been perfect.if you want something that’s pretty, lightweight, and works really well, i definitely recommend this.

This laptop is honestly great! I was hesitant at first after watching many review. I already own a MacBook Air M4 and wanted something less expensive to take to school (I’m a teacher). The battery life is great! The build quality is great. I honestly don’t notice a difference in speed between this laptop and my MacBook Air m4 on basic everyday tasks. I love the Citrus color. This is truly a great laptop and I would highly recommend it!

I really like this MacBook. It’s my first time to buy one, as I’ve always been priced out of them – usually opting for a cheaper Windows laptop. With the introduction of the MacBook Neo, I could afford to upgrade. It was easy to set up using my iPhone, and it’s easy to use with some practice. I’m happy with the display and sound quality, and the camera is awesome too. I got the citrus green with the Touch ID.
