Beautiful, soft, & high quality!
This is a beautiful nice quality rug feels great on the feet! I had read quite a few reviews about the smell, but I experienced no chemical smell. Super happy with my purchase. I ordered the 8 x 10 for my living room and it’s perfect.

Ivory color
It’s gorgeous and cozy! Was worried it would be grey based on other reviews but it’s not. I got the ivory/beige and it’s more white color. Brightens up the room, doesn’t shed, doesn’t smell, looks good quality. It’s plush too.

Overall, I’m so happy I bought this rug, and would give it 4.5 if I could! It’s so soft and has the perfect amount of cushion and thickness without being shaggy which I love! It lays flat right out the gate too which is really nice. Color-wise, it does look a bit different than the pictures, it’s definitely still cream but has more gray in it than I was expecting which for us ended up being a good thing since our couch is gray, but if you want an only cream/brown rug, this might not be exactly it. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it is slightly difficult to vacuum (I have a Dyson V7, so do with that info what you will). It’s a little difficult to maneuver over the rug with a stronger vacuum, I normally don’t have very many issues maneuvering over carpet with my Dyson unless it’s a pretty cheap rug, BUT, if you have a vacuum that has wheels and an excellent roller, you probably won’t have an issue. And it’s honestly quite manageable, not the worst issue at all. The rug doesn’t get sucked up into the vacuum like some other cheap/thin (or washable) rugs do. And my pets have already peed and vomited on it lol, and it was very easy to use the carpet extractor (I have a Bissell Little Green) on it, so that’s a win! Overall, super happy with the purchase, so glad to have such a cute and comfy rug in our living room! And don’t mind our lack of decor—we’re workin on it!

Worn out after few months
It was beautiful when received it, nice colors. Looked beautiful in livingroom. Seven months later it looks horrible. Where walk on got all flat. Color looks horrible. I’m going out to get a new one. This one looks so old. It’s not worth the money. If using where you won’t be walking than it will stay nice. So disappointed that have to get a new one. I paid to much to only enjoy it for a short time. I suggest you don’t buy this rug, it’s really not worth the money. They pictures show before and after walking on.

Beware, extremely short window to cancel
Absolutely love the rug, but had to return due to it not a being a hardier texture for a high traffic family room area…I accidentally pressed replacement and tried to cancel several times within a 5minute window. Nope, now I’m returning one rug only get another. Just horrible… was expecting better.
