Great product and helpful damage return.
The TV is great and works without issues. Ours isn’t in direct sunlight, but it doesn’t have a glare and can be viewed from all angles. We move ours home after the summer and I DO NOT recommend mounting it on a “rolling cart” (see picture of example) and leave it where the elements (major wind) can move it and it topples over cracking the screen. I worked directly with the seller and they ended up exchanging my broken TV with a new one, for a cost of course. I recommend removing any brackets on the back of the TV before returning because you may receive a new TV instead.

I bought the Sylvox Outdoor TV for our outdoor space, but it has quickly become our go-to screen for big game days, whether we are on the deck or inside.One of the best surprises was how simple the installation actually was. Despite the rugged build, getting it mounted was straightforward.While it’s built to live outside, we actually just brought it into the den to watch our favorite sporting events this winter.The Outdoor Performance: the brightness was fantastic. Most TVs wash out the moment the sun hits them, but this screen stays crisp and perfectly visible even in the brightest part of the day. It handled the glare perfectly, and the weatherproofing gave us total peace of mind.The Indoor Experience: Now that it’s in the den, it feels like a premium theater screen. Because it’s designed to be extra bright for the sun, the colors and contrast in a dimmer room are incredibly punchy and sharp. It’s become our favorite way to watch our favorite sport —it feels like you’re right on the sideline.

Great product, great customer service!
Couldn’t say more good things about this product or company. I run a restaurant and we bought a bunch of these for our outdoor patio at a fraction of the cost of other outdoor TV’s. They outperform a couple of the expensive LG tvs we already had on our patio a literally for 1/4 of the price. We had an issue with the power supply on one TV after 2 years of daily 14 hour use and the customer service team sent me a brand new tv free of charge and I sent the old one back to them with a prepaid shipping label. Super easy and fast. If you’re in the market for a quality, affordable outdoor TV then look no further.
