Very Happy with all aspects of this recliner! Love it!
Very happy with my new recliner! I’ve had it a bit over 2 weeks and everything is perfect! The chair is very well built and all functions work perfectly. It certainly reclines very well for sleeping – in fact, I have been getting better sleep now than I have in years! I love the size – there’s room for my large kitty to share it with me – she loves it too – and it’s still nice and cosy for me! The heat and massage functions are wonderful – helps with my back pain and also helps me to relax and go to sleep as it has automatic turn off after 30 minutes. It is very sturdy and is a great value. It came within the allotted timeframe and there was no shipping charge. I would definitely buy it again and can highly recommend it as an excellent product with great workmanship. Also love the color and the high quality of the upholstery. I send a big thank you to the manufacturers and sellers of this comfy chair!

Luxury at an affordable price.
This is the most amazing chair! I was hesitant to buy online but I’m so glad I did. I am 5’1 and the difference in this chair compared to my old one is incredible. I love the massage and the color is creamy rich looking. There is a new chair smell but I’m sure it will go away. The remotes are simple and work great. Thank you for making my life more comfortable.

Good Chair for the Price
Ordered this for my elderly dad who has leg edema and cannot stand up without assistance. For the money, this is a comfortable, cushy chair that my hubby and I also find comfortable! The lumbar heat is nice, and the recline and footrest adjustments allow a more tailored position for each person. We got the faux leather so it is easier to clean up incontinence mishaps. We find the “massage” ineffective. It just vibrates – reminds me of an old motel bed that you put a quarter in! We purchased the extended warranty, and don’t know how long this chair will last, but so far, so good. Overall, for the money, it’s a good buy. Oh, pro assembly tip – make sure you put the arms on before the back! You’re welcome!

Very nice chair.
We received the chair, 2 boxes, at the same time and as promised. The leather is nice and sewn together well. The mechanisms work well as we can set the backrest and footrest in any preferred position desired. I had no unrealistic expectation about the massage or heat functions, so I think that they work fine. However, the”lumbar” setting seems to be too low, more closely to the fanny. The only problem is that the chair sits higher than expected and although I reviewed the measurements my wife, who is 5’3″, her feet do not reach the floor. I will make a platform to rectify this. So overall I rate this chair as 5 stars as it is very nice looking and it will help my wife exit the chair by using the lift.

Potential Safety Concerns
The chair is a wonderful chair when it comes to providing support to stroke patient suffering weakness, and is in need of support. Despite the above, there is a potential safety concern regarding the power supply cord’s position beneath the chair. In our chair, the wire got caught up in the mechanism made of metallic parts, got pinched, sparked, and of course the chair was rendered powerless. After examining the cord, it is clear this could have happened three previous time, as the cord shows indication of pinching that did not result in breakage of wire, indicating a potential of recurrence unless a design change is made in respect to this issue. I did not see how to address this under product support as there were no categories for it.

Impressed with Chair
Purchased through Amazon for my 88 year old brother-in-law who resides in an assisted living facility. Boxes arrived on time. I’m 73, female, and was able to put the chair together using the instructions. Very, very impressed with the chair. Got B-I-L to understand the remotes (hopefully) and placed the manual where staff can help him if needed. Kudos on this chair. One comment……..the cupholders are too deep for the drink cups that are given to him by staff. I had to insert some of the styrofoam wrapping into the base of the cupholders (roughly 2 inches) for him to easily grasp the cups from the top. It worked but maybe supply an insert instead of makeshift workaround.

I ordered two chairs; since they come in three boxes per chair not all boxes were on the first delivery truck. Four came one day and the remaining two came the next day. No hardship here, just saying that this could happen to you too. No Biggy. The chairs assembled easy and functioned perfectly. I bought this as I’m waiting on hip replacement surgery date and the furniture I have will be difficult to get out of post surgery. Even though my hip is a pain I put it together myself, it’s really easy. The biggest problem was getting the parts especially the base out of the box! I bought this specifically because I’m 6’2″ and need a high back and this chair has the highest I found. It is a bit overkill for the spec I was looking for. It has heating, massaging both of which I probably won’t use. So far I’m impressed and happy with my purchase.
